| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto es un documento totalmente académico, donde se plantea un proyecto arquitectónico en el cual se propuso un equipamiento educativo para opción de grado para obtener el título como arquitecto. El proyecto se está proyectando en la ciudad de Cartagena el barrio de Getsemaní en la manzana 129 lote 22 entre las calles de Daniel Lemaitre y calle de las tortugas en donde se esta proponiendo un centro educativo comunitario del instituto colombiano del bienestar familiar (ICBF) donde tendría una capacidad para unos 150 niños y niñas de 2 a 5 años. Para poder realizar este equipamiento se realizó una investigación que cual fue el motivo por el cual Hogares Infantiles Comunitarios los coches se tubo de desplazar hacia el barrio pie del cerro y las problemáticas que están tenían los habitantes del barrio de Getsemaní y los trabajadores formales e informales que trabajan en el centro histórico de Cartagena, como también la investigación de los estudios referentes al predio y su entorno. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present project is a totally academic document, where an architectural project is proposed in which an educational equipment was proposed for a degree option to obtain the title as an architect. The project is being projected in the city of Cartagena, the neighborhood of Getsemaní in block 129 lot 22 between the streets of Daniel Lemaitre and calle de las tortugas, where a community educational center of the Colombian family welfare institute (ICBF) is being proposed, where It would have a capacity for about 150 boys and girls from 2 to 5 years old.
