| dc.description.abstract | Vitalis es un laboratorio farmacéutico transnacional, líder en el sector de medicamentos estériles con 45 años de trayectoria, su propósito es brindar salud y calidad de vida, apoyándose en valores de excelencia e integridad, lo que hace que la empresa cuente con diversas áreas, como Control de Calidad, donde se garantizan los estándares de producción y la seguridad del producto para salir al mercado. Este proyecto se realizó con el fin de garantizar los procesos documentales dentro del laboratorio, debido a que se identificó una ineficiencia en la gestión documental dentro del equipo de control de calidad (Fisicoquímico), que se manifestaba en la dispersión de archivos físicos, el alto consumo de papel y la dificultad para acceder a la información de datos primarios. Para resolver esta situación, se implementó una solución tecnológica con el aplicativo POWER AUTOMMATE para la automatización de creación de carpetas compartidas en la plataforma OneDrive; esta medida busca centralizar y digitalizar la documentación técnica, optimizando la gestión y mejorando la trazabilidad, la implementación de esta solución ha facilitado el acceso a la información y ha mejorado la colaboración entre los miembros del equipo. Se concluye que la digitalización y centralización de los documentos no solo aumenta la eficiencia y agilidad en la gestión documental, sino que también promueve prácticas más sostenibles al reducir significativamente el uso de papel. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Vitalis is a multinational pharmaceutical company, a leader in the sterile drug sector with 45 years of experience. Its purpose is to provide health and quality of life, supported by values of excellence and integrity. This commitment has led the company to establish diverse departments, such as Quality Control, where production standards and product safety are guaranteed before they reach the market. This project was undertaken to ensure the proper handling of documentation within the laboratory. An inefficiency in document management was identified within the Quality Control (Physicochemical) team, manifested in the dispersion of physical files, high paper consumption, and difficulty accessing primary data. To resolve this situation, a technological solution was implemented using the POWER AUTOMMATE application to automate the creation of shared folders on the OneDrive platform. This measure aims to centralize and digitize technical documentation, optimizing management and improving traceability. The implementation of this solution has facilitated access to information and improved collaboration among team members. It is concluded that the digitization and centralization of documents not only increases efficiency and agility in document management, but also promotes more sustainable practices by significantly reducing the use of paper. | |
