| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de grado pretende consignar todo el proceso laboral de las prácticas profesionales de Daniela Mateus Bohórquez en la carrera de Administración de Empresas, en la empresa Outsourcing S.A, una destacada empresa de telecomunicaciones dejando ver el proceso interno, detallando minuciosamente las múltiples funciones y procedimientos que caracterizan tanto a la organización como al área específica de talento humano. Además, el estudiante aportara a lo largo del proyecto de grado valiosos anexos en forma de tablas, figuras e imágenes, elementos visuales que arrojarán luz sobre el contexto general que define a la empresa y su funcionamiento como corporación. | spa |
