Resumo
En la mayoría de países del mundo se encuentra un fenómeno en particular que afecta el comportamiento integral y el desarrollo de una cultura, pues la población habitante de calle, en la ciudad de Bogotá, siendo el 86,9% correspondiente al 7.286 mil hombres y 13,1% correspondiendo a 1.099 mujeres. (Bogotá 25 Feb 2012, Secretaría de Integración Social), denotando cuantitativamente que el número de población femenina que habita en la calle pertenece a la minoría. La mujer a través de los años ha adquirido un valor más importante en la sociedad, comenzando durante la mitad del siglo XX (junio 16 de 1928. Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango, Bogotá.) pues es tenida en cuenta en muchos aspectos tanto laborales como sociales; detrás de las leyes que nos protegen está La (ley 1257 de 2008) que habla sobre la violencia contra la mujer, ley que no es cumplida, pues muchas son violentadas por el concepto que se tiene acerca de la mujer, de solo ser utilizada para la procreación o para actividades domésticas, así mismo el abuso en la callle por parte de sus compañeros y autoridades competentes pues estos (policía nacional) abusan de su autoridad agrediéndolas por su condición. las habitantes de calle siendo la minoría de la población total de este tipo, quienes en la calle son abusadas física, moral y psicológicamente, además de eso impidiéndoles que se incluyan en proyectos de reintegración social, por su condición moral, cerrándoles el paso a un mejor porvenir y calidad de vida para ellas, los intereses, los sueños, las aspiraciones de estas mujeres se ven pospuestos o enterrados cada día más con el trato y la exclusión a la que ellas se ven sometidas por la sociedad por el hecho de pertenecer a una condición vulnerable, por el simple hecho de haber cometido un error o no haber sabido manejar emocionalmente un problema que las aquejaba.

Since it is taken into account in many aspects, both at work as social; behind the laws that protect us is La (law 1257 of 2008) that talks about violence against women, a law that is not fulfilled, because many are violated by the concept that we have about women only being used for the procreation or for domestic activities, likewise the abuse is seen in the inhabitants of the street, since they are the minority of the total population of this type, who in the street are physically, morally and psychologically abused by the population that surrounds it, besides that prevents them from being included in projects of social reintegration, due to their moral condition, closing the way to a better future and quality of life for them, the interests, the dreams, the aspirations of these women are postponed or buried every day more with the treatment and exclusion to which they are subjected by society due to the fact of belonging to a vulnerable condition, for the simple fact of having committed an error or not knowing emotionally handle a problem that afflicted them.
