This project is based and inspired by the athletes of artistic gymnastics of the soil, cheerleaders, which is a discipline already recognized in Colombia and that has grown over the years, there are different sports skills that develop impact exercises such as: Rondoff, fli -fla and mortals, are more likely to be injured by the collision of their feet against the ground. This sports activity requires strengthening the neck of the foot (ankles) depending on the role of the cheerleader. It is necessary to properly warm up all the muscles of the body before executing the training methodology, since the neck at rest is one of the muscles that is not taken into account and is one of the most common injuries in athletes, therefore there is the need to create an approximate system (Actiprevent) that helps the athletes to correctly activate the muscle of the standing neck, guided by an interface (sound), which will warn the person that the exercise is working correctly and a sensor tries to measure the correct inclinations and angles of the foot.
