| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis define la infraestructura de un eco hotel en el Engaño Cundinamarca, diseñada de manera amigable con el medio ambiente, técnicamente viable, económicamente rentable, socialmente responsable de tal forma que se puedan conservar los recursos naturales, proteger la biodiversidad, y generar una economía local que beneficie a los habitantes, como tan bien promueva el sentido de pertenencia socio cultural entre la población y el paisaje. Con el fin de relacionar el paisaje con estrategias de arquitectura sostenible como el uso de materiales regionales, la eficiencia del recurso hídrico y energético además de aplicar conceptos de arquitectura bioclimática para determinar las orientaciones y ubicaciones de los espacios para aprovechar luz y ventilación natural de una manera óptima que asegure el confort y la calidad de ambiente para el usuario, vinculando senderos ambientales y procesos de reforestación con especies alimenticias, utilitarias y funcionales. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This thesis defines the infrastructure of an eco hotel in the Engaño Cundinamarca, to make a design that is environmentally friendly, technically viable, economically profitable, socially responsible in such a way that natural resources can be conserved, biodiversity protected, and a local economy that benefits the inhabitants as well as promotes the sense of socio-cultural belonging between the population and the landscape. In order to relate the landscape with strategies of sustainable architecture such as the use of regional materials, the efficiency of water and energy resources as well as apply techniques of bioclimatic architecture to determine the orientations and locations of spaces to take advantage of natural light and ventilation. to obtain an optimal way to ensure comfort and quality of environment for the user, linking environmental paths and reforestation processes with food, utilitarian and functional species. | spa |
