Dichas herramientas representan una gran oportunidad para facilitar las operaciones empresariales, pero, al mismo tiempo, conllevan un importante riesgo jurídico debido a las incertidumbres actuales, incluidas las cuestiones relativas a la propiedad intelectual (PI).
