| dc.description.abstract | En primera instancia hay que pensar en quiénes son los que proponen los objetos y más específicamente los objetos de uso en nuestro contexto por lo que de inmediato nos remitimos por un lado al diseño industrial que como disciplina desde su surgimiento a principios del siglo XX se ha encargado de proyectarlos y por otro lado a la artesanía que desde siempre ha sido la manera en como el hombre ha trabajado sobre la materia para dar origen a los objetos según sus pretensiones. Así, son fuentes directas en la elaboración de los mismos, pero se vuelve a la cuestión ya mencionada que se refiere a si es posible en alguno de estos casos hablar de identidad. Comenzando por el diseño industrial, éste presenta ciertas restricciones que se manifiestan básicamente en la poca referencia que los objetos propuestos desde el diseño industrial pueden hacer del contexto nuestro, éstos generalmente se ven dirigidos a satisfacer pretensiones en el mercado que limitan las intenciones de establecer lenguajes que se remitan a la cultura grupal, porque básicamente el diseño se mueve en un entorno social mucho más amplio cuyo tamaño y diversidad han evitado que éste pueda ser abarcado y representado a través de los objetos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | At first, we must consider who is proposing the objects, and more specifically, the objects for use in our context. This leads us to two main references: industrial design, which as a discipline since its emergence in the early 20th century has been responsible for projecting these objects, and craftsmanship, which has always been the way humans have worked with materials to create objects based on their needs and desires. Thus, both are direct sources in the creation of objects. However, the question arises again, which concerns whether it is possible to speak of identity in any of these cases. Starting with industrial design, it presents certain limitations that are mainly reflected in the minimal connection the proposed objects have with our context. These objects are generally aimed at satisfying market demands, which restrict the intention to establish languages that relate to group culture, because, fundamentally, design operates in a much broader social environment, the size and diversity of which have prevented it from being fully encompassed and represented through objects. | |
