| dc.description.abstract | Durante el proceso de mi carrera de diseño industrial mi mayor anhelo siempre ha sido aplicar el conocimiento adquirido, partiendo de las necesidades que he observado que presenta mi empresa familiar Ginger & Ginger espacias y condimentos S.A.S., durante la experiencia vivida en el proceso de selección y comercialización que ha desarrollado durante estos 5 años en el mercado, ya que ha ido de mano y he ido creciendo en los dos campos, así fue encontré en el jengibre, por ser el producto por el cual está enfocada en cuanto a su efecto picante, sus propiedades y usos, una oportunidad de diseño y un necesidad de intervención y de plantear desde el diseño industrial, evaluando los empaques actuales e identificando sus rendimientos para el desarrollo de un empaque con características diferentes, centrado en la dosificación como metáfora de diseño, concepto en el cual se trabajó para encaminar la forma de uso y así la búsqueda de diferentes alternativas, procedencia del nombre de JENGIBRICACIÓN resultado de la composición entre graduar la cantidad a usar del jengibre molido por un medidor que es el empaque. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | During my industrial design career, my greatest desire has always been to apply the knowledge acquired, starting from the needs I have observed in my family business, Ginger & Ginger Spices and Condiments S.A.S. Throughout the experience gained from the selection and marketing processes developed over the past 5 years in the market, I have grown in both fields. I found in ginger, given its focus on its spicy effect, properties, and uses, a design opportunity and a need for intervention from an industrial design perspective. This involved evaluating the current packaging and identifying its performance to develop packaging with different characteristics, centered on dosing as a design metaphor. The concept worked on aimed to guide the use of the product and explore different alternatives, leading to the name JENGIBRICACIÓN, which results from the combination of regulating the amount of ground ginger used by a measuring device that is the packaging. | |
