dc.description.abstract	Entendemos la salud como un macroconcepto, en donde se incluye la higiene, y esta es el canal entre el individuo y su buen funcionamiento como ser orgánico. Debido a lo anteriormente expuesto se valora la salud en cuatro áreas las cuales son:  Apariencia (relación salud - atractivo físico), ejemplo, la piel, debe estar sin manchas y lisa; la boca, expresión contenta; dientes, buena oclusión, limpios, regulares, no hay caries sin tratar.  Estructura y función (no defectos, no dolor físico, no cansancio).  Mental y emocional (gusto de trabajar y divertirse), ejemplo, toma de decisiones, no estar continuamente preocupado.  Protección y promoción (hábitos higiénicos, prevención, cuidado). Podemos decir que la salud es un estado de completo bienestar, no solo la ausencia de enfermedad o invalidez.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	We understand health as a macroconcept, which includes hygiene, serving as the channel between the individual and their proper functioning as an organic being. Based on the above, health is valued in four areas, which are: Appearance (the relationship between health and physical attractiveness), for example, the skin should be clear and smooth; the mouth should have a happy expression; teeth should be well-aligned, clean, regular, and free of untreated cavities. Structure and function (no defects, no physical pain, no fatigue). Mental and emotional (enjoyment of work and play), for example, decision-making, and not being continuously worried. Protection and promotion (hygienic habits, prevention, care). We can say that health is a state of complete well-being, not just the absence of disease or disability.
