dc.description.abstract	Chelomorfosis es un conjunto de intervenciones realizadas al interior del Gran Encuentro de Chelistas, un festival de música con sede en Bogotá que reúne anualmente a violonchelistas de distintas regiones del país. A partir del diagnóstico de la organización se diseñaron e implementaron distintas acciones, encaminadas al fortalecimiento y la sostenibilidad, tanto del festival como del ecosistema en el cual se insertan sus prácticas, agentes y objetivos. El proyecto contempla además el tránsito del festival hacia un modelo que se adapta a las lógicas de los entornos digitales y las restricciones originadas por la pandemia, el cual ha sido ganador de convocatorias del Idartes y el Ministerio de Cultura.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	Chelomorfosis is a set of interventions carried out within the Gran Encuentro de Chelistas, a music festival based in Bogotá that annually brings together cellists from different regions of the country. Based on the diagnosis of the organization, different actions were designed and implemented, aimed at the strengthening and the sustainability, both of the festival and of the ecosystem in which its practices, agents and objectives are inserted. The project also takes into account the transition of the festival towards a model that adapts to the logic of digital environments and the restrictions caused by the pandemic, which has received grants from Idartes and the Colombian Ministry of Culture.	spa
