dc.description.abstractLa investigación se centra en diseño del Centro Administrativo Municipal del Municipio María La Baja, Bolívar, con el fin de mejorar las condiciones físicas, espaciales y sociales, a través del diseño de este. La alcaldía municipal de María La Baja. Esta no cuenta con adecuado funcionamiento de su edificación lo que ha generado, una descentralización locativa de las secretarias, consejo y personerías, comisaria de familia, oficina del adulto mayor e Inspección Central, lo que genera una prestación de servicios inadecuada, y dificultades en la atención al público, lo que también causa malestar o incomodidad entre los empleados y usuarios. En la elaboración de este proyecto, se llevo a cabo una investigación exhaustiva que incluyo visitas presenciales a la Alcaldía Municipal de María La Baja y la recopilación de información a través de solicitudes formales. Esta metodología permitió identificar las necesidades físicas, espaciales y sociales que han generado el mal funcionamiento de la infraestructura. En la elaboración de este proyecto, se llevó a cabo una investigación exhaustiva que incluyó visitas presenciales a la Alcaldía Municipal de María La Baja y la recopilación de información a través de solicitudes formales. Esta metodología permitió identificar las necesidades físicas, espaciales y sociales que han generado el mal funcionamiento de la infraestructura. Se ha recurrido a referentes proyéctales para tomar conceptos y técnicas que puedan aplicarse para el diseño del centro administrativo municipal de y que así mismo se ofrezcan soluciones accesibles al problema identificado. Puesto que la Alcaldía Municipal es una entidad estatal, se requiere que proporcione condiciones de trabajo óptimas para sus empleados y usuarios, así como espacios amplios y adecuados para la atención al público.
