| dc.description.abstract | En el presente informe se observará el proceso evolutivo de una de las alternativas de grado para la culminación exitosa de la carrera Administración de Empresas, en donde se iniciará con una presentación con palabras propias de la empresa Smith & Nephew; además destacaran análisis y correcciones propuestos en el informe por la estudiante en cuanto a la estructura organizacional de la empresa. De igual forma se reflejarán características esenciales del puesto de trabajo, donde se describirán aspectos tales como las funciones de la practicante, horario laboral, descripción del área donde labora, entre otras. Gracias a los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera, la aprendiz logrará realizar un análisis comparativo en cuanto a la estructura organizacional de la empresa, proponiendo alternativas u ofreciendo mejoras que podría ayudar estructuralmente a la empresa Smith & Nephew. Así mismo, junto con sus capacidades administrativas se desarrollará un análisis en cuanto al entorno de la empresa, investigando y describiendo sus clientes, competidores, proveedores, grupos de presión, entre otros. Esto con el fin de dar un primer acercamiento descriptivo al docente encargado. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This report will observe the evolutionary process of one of the degree alternatives for the successful culmination of the Business Administration career, where it will begin with a presentation with own words of the company Smith & Nephew; They will also highlight analysis and corrections proposed in the report by the student regarding the organizational structure of the company. In the same way, essential characteristics of the job will be reflected, where they will be described aspects such as the functions of the intern, working hours, description of the area where she works, among others. Thanks to the knowledge acquired during the degree, the apprentice will be able to carry out an analysis comparative in terms of the organizational structure of the company, proposing alternatives or offering improvements that could structurally help the Smith & Nephew company. In addition, together with her administrative capacities, an analysis will be developed regarding the environment of the company, researching and describing its customers, competitors, suppliers, pressure groups, among others. This in order to give a first descriptive approach to the teacher in charge. | spa |
