| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia en el año 2017 se creó la Política de Participación Social en Salud, son escasos los estudios que evalúan los diferentes elementos que influyen sobre la efectividad de la implantación del plan de acción de esta política, así como la visión de los diversos actores implicados. El tema de participación social en salud, no ha tomado la fuerza e importancia suficiente y se desconoce el compromiso frente al autocuidado involucrando además la política de seguridad del paciente. El acercamiento con los actores involucrados en esta política dentro de los cuales participan los representantes de los usuarios, los líderes de comités institucionales, los veedores, el personal asistencial de salud, directivos, encargados del SIAU, gestores de la política de participación social, y los usuarios atendidos en la IPS UROS SAS de la ciudad de Neiva, permite analizar el conocimiento de los actores involucrados en la ejecución del plan de acción de la política de participación social en salud de la IPS UROS SAS sede Neiva implementada durante los años 2021 -2022, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes ítems: Derecho a la salud y derecho a la participación, Gestión para la participación y educación, Atención al cliente y calidad y Autocuidado y acciones de promoción y prevención. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Social Participation in Health Policy was created in Colombia in 2017, there are few studies that evaluate the different elements that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of this policy, as well as the vision of the various actors involved. . The issue of social participation in health has not gained sufficient strength and importance and the commitment to self-care is unknown, also involving the patient safety policy. The approach with the actors involved in this policy, among which the representatives of the users, the leaders of institutional committees, the overseers, the health care personnel, managers, managers of the SIAU, managers of the social participation policy, and the users served at the IPS UROS SAS in the city of Neiva, allows us to analyze the knowledge of the actors involved in the execution of the action plan of the social participation policy in health of the IPS UROS SAS Neiva headquarters implemented during the years 2021 -2022, in the following items: Right to health and right to participation, Management for participation and education, Customer service and quality and Self-care and promotion and prevention actions. | spa |
