| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente en Colombia, tras casi 20 años de la expedición de la Ley de Cine, se produce cine con cifras de producción nunca pensadas, pasó de producir 6 películas en 1996 a casi 40 en 2018. Ahora bien, este escenario ha dejado algunas enseñanzas y desafíos que desde todos los sectores y esferas del cine que se deben atender, tales como: - Desafío en la formación de públicos - Calidad del desarrollo y el guion de los proyectos - Descentralización de la destinación de incentivos y estímulos - Exceso en fomento en producción de películas mas no en demás eslabones de la cadena de valor del cine Emprendimientos e iniciativas que busquen fortalecer lo anteriormente mencionado tendrán un sentido de pertinencia y relevancia, particularmente aquellas que identifiquen y apoyen a esos talentos que buscan encontrar un espacio en la industria audiovisual. Un ejemplo destacable es la iniciativa de Decentralized Pictures, iniciativa que fundó la familia Coppola, influyentes en Hollywood, en donde buscan justamente romper las barreras del privilegio y el centralismo en el cine. Por todo lo anterior, Intersticio es la iniciativa que busca conectar, apoyar e incentivar a la producción de cine con un enfoque territorial, digital, independiente, colectivo y colaborativo. | spa |
