Framing de Paz: Análisis de la construcción mediática entre medios tradicionales y medios institucionales en el posconflicto en Bogotá.

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de grado es una exploración exhaustiva de la interpretación del proceso de paz y reconciliación en Colombia, enfocándose en la cobertura de medios de comunicación prominentes y las estrategias comunicativas de entidades gubernamentales durante el año 2021. Utilizando un enfoque mixto que combina análisis cuantitat ivo y cualitativo, el estudio desentraña cómo los términos relacionados con la paz son empleados en la narrativa de los periódicos El Tiempo y El Espectador, la revista Semana, y la Al ta Consejería para la Paz, Víctimas y Reconciliación (ACPVR) de la Alcaldía de Bogotá. Mediante el uso de nubes de palabras y el análisis de framing, la investigación revela diferencias significativas en la frecuencia y el contexto de las palabras clave, a sí como en los encuadres de paz adoptados por estos actores informativos. El estudio evidencia una diversidad en la representación mediática, mostrando cómo cada medio y entidad gubernamental construye su propio discurso sobre la paz y la reconciliación, moldeando así la percepción pública del proceso postconflicto en Colombia. Este trabajo contribuye al entendimiento del papel de los medios en la construcción social de la realidad y ofrece una mirada crítica sobre cómo las narrativas mediáticas pueden influir en la memoria histórica de una nación que busca cerrar las heridas de su pasado violento. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This degree work is a comprehensive exploration of the interpretation of the peace and reconciliation process in Colombia, focusing on the coverage of mainstream media and the communication strategies of governmental entities during the year 2021. Using a mixed approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, the study shows how peace-related terms are employed in the narrative of the newspapers El Tiempo and El Espectador, the magazine Semana, and the Office of the Counselor for Peace, Victims and Reconciliation (ACPVR) of the Office of the Mayor of Bogota. Through the use of word clouds and framing analysis, the research reveals significant differences in the frequency and context of key words, as well as in the peace frames adopted by these news actors. The study evidences a diversity in media representation, showing how each media outlet and government entity constructs its own discourse on peace and reconciliation, thus shaping the public perception of the post-conflict process in Colombia. This work contributes to the understanding of the role of the media in the social construction of reality and offers a critical look at how media narratives can influence the historical memory of a nation seeking to heal the wounds of its violent past. | spa |
