| dc.description.abstract | Viviendo con 4 sentidos es un proyecto que buscar generar a través un producto - sistema, una transformación en las representaciones sociales de lástima e insuficiencia dirigidas hacia la población en situación de discapacidad, más específicamente en las 73, 063 personas en condición de discapacidad visual ubicadas en Bogotá. El propósito del proyecto es impulsar espacios de inclusión social y no – discriminación, donde las relaciones entre la población convencional y la población en condición de discapacidad sean mediadas desde la otredad y la alteridad. Como primer lugar de acercamiento se propone la actividad referente al desplazamiento y movilidad en espacios públicos, donde las mayores barreras para la población en dicha condición de discapacidad se encuentran ubicadas en la vía pública y en los medios de transporte, es por esto que el alcance y comprobación del proyecto se desarrolla en el contexto urbano, más específicamente en el desplazamiento peatonal y los cruces semafóricos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Living with 4 senses is a project that seeks to generate, through a product-system, a transformation in the social representations of pity and inadequacy directed towards the population in situations of disability, specifically the 73,063 individuals with visual impairments located in Bogotá. The purpose of the project is to promote spaces for social inclusion and non-discrimination, where the relationships between the conventional population and those with disabilities are mediated through the lens of otherness and alterity. As a first point of approach, the project proposes activities related to mobility in public spaces, where the greatest barriers for individuals with this type of disability are found in public pathways and transportation. Therefore, the project's scope and validation are developed in an urban context, specifically focusing on pedestrian movement and traffic crossings. | |
