| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad la automatización de procesos o RPA es un bien necesario en la industria, el avance tecnológico que se ha venido desarrollando en este campo, ha permitido que las máquinas puedan realizar procesos mucho más rápido y generar a las empresas autonomía en sus labores, es por esto que aplicaciones tales como Automation Anywhere o Rocketbot nos ayudan a hacer de esto algo real, pues son herramientas que permiten hacer inteligencia artificial a partir de ideas y desarrollo, mediante machine learning o Deep learning, incluso replicando procesos cotidianos en sí, Global Hitss dentro de su gran equipo cuenta con un área especializada en el desarrollo de iniciativas como esta, por otro lado también cuentan con un área dedicada netamente al monitoreo y al soporte de distintas iniciativas que ya hayan sido desarrolladas por las fábricas, donde además de tener conocimientos sobre el desarrollo se debe llevar a cabo el proceso de solución a los distintos acontecimientos que puedan ocurrir en cada una de los robots operativos. En este trabajo se encontrará información relacionada al desarrollo del proyecto de la mano del líder y compañeros administrativos a una iniciativa interna, así como descripción básica de los distintos puntos manejados durante el transcurso de la práctica. | spa |
