The book shares and underlines the experiences of companies from traditional, asset-heavy industries such as manufacturing, retail (FMCG), finance, automotive and pharmaceuticals, to new age digital companies that how they used digital strategy to gain competitive advantage through new and innovative product or service creation, transforming operations, creating new digital experiences for customers, reinventing business models, and re-visioning value proposition for customers.
