Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación es poder brindar la Dirección de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional una mirada a la actualidad respecto a la seguridad nacional en torno a las fronteras y el éxodo venezolano que trae consigo distintos problemas para el Gobierno Nacional en materia política, social,económica y cultural.La pregunta de investigación se responde a través de un análisis de todo el material que ha recopilado tanto entidades gubernamentales como fundaciones o redes de apoyo a la población venezolana que se encuentra en Colombia,teniendo en cuenta esto se recomienda tanto al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional como a otras entidades gubernamentales que se debe mejorar y protocolizar la ruta de ayuda y de captación de información respecto a la entrada y salida de población venezolana para así mejorar el campo la toma de decisiones respecto a la reestructuración de la política pública de Colombia.

The objective of this investigation is to be able to offer the Directorate of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law of the Ministry of National Defense a look at the current situation regarding national security around the borders and the Venezuelan exodus that brings with it different problems for the National Government. in political, social, economic and cultural matters. The research question is answered through an analysis of all the material that has been collected by both government entities and foundations or networks of support for the Venezuelan population in Colombia, taking into account This is recommended to both the Ministry of National Defense and other government entities that the route of aid and information gathering regarding the entry and exit of the Venezuelan population should be improved and protocolized in order to improve the field of decision-making regarding the restructuring of public policy in Colombia.
