Abstract
Este proyecto partió de mi pasión temprana por el automovilismo, desde
pequeño me han gustado mucho los autos, esto llevo a que a los 10 años ya montara
por diversión en karts, a los 16 años tuve mi primer automóvil y la entrada al mundo
automotriz de una manera cercana. Al mes de tenerlo inicie con las modificaciones
mecánicas y estéticas, con fin de mejorar el rendimiento de mi vehículo; al tiempo
note que tenía una atracción muy cercana a las formas y líneas de los carros; y que
el diseño industrial podía potenciar todos estos interés, momento en el que decidí
realizar un curso de diseño de producto, como primera aproximación al diseño, y
esto me brindo una de las herramientas más importantes durante todo este proceso,
el modelado 3D, razón por la cual decidí iniciar mi formación académica
profesional en la Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano de Bogotá.
Durante los últimos años en el mundo automotriz he notado que adquirir
piezas en un material llamado fibra de carbono solo es posible por medio de
importación, lo cual se refleja en los altos precios de compra, pero el mayor
problema es la desinformación de los productos en cuanto a cómo puede afectar la
aerodinámica y el rendimiento de esta pieza al vehículo.

This project started from my early passion for motorsport, from
small I really liked the cars, this led to the fact that at 10 years old I already rode
for karting fun, at 16 I had my first car and the entrance to the world

During the last years in the automotive world I have noticed that acquiring
parts in a material called carbon fiber is only possible through
import, which is reflected in the high purchase prices, but the higher
problem is the misinformation of the products as to how it can affect the
aerodynamics and performance of this part to the vehicle.
