Abstract
En Colombia, el trámite de formación de
la ley y el funcionamiento de las instituciones
representativas fueron cercanos al
ideario del radicalismo democrático. Sin
embargo, ese radicalismo fue mutando
hacia posturas más mesuradas que pronto
concluyeron con la des-radicalización de
estos aspectos institucionales. Des-radicalización
que pervive en sus principales
rasgos, en la actual Constitución Política
de Colombia.
Summary in foreign language
In Colombia, the legislative process and
the functioning of representative institutions
were close to the democratic radicalism
ideology. However, that radicalism
was mutating into most measured structures,
which at the end conclude in a stable
performance of representative institution.
This stabilization will be recognized in the
current Colombian Constitution.
