Abstract
Esta investigación, “Pedagogía Afectiva: un camino hacia los Derechos Humanos y la Acción Ciudadana del Docente “se realizó con algunos docentes del Centro Educativo Distrital Motorista, ubicado en la localidad de Bosa, teniendo en cuenta que están trabajando con la pedagogía afectiva y que el entorno educativo es un contexto para vivir, aprender y experimentar los derechos humanos desde el aula con la finalidad de establecer los aportes que hace la pedagogía afectiva a la acción ciudadana del docente.
Este trabajo tuvo un enfoque cualitativo para analizar las realidades, para tal fin se realizaron entrevistas a los docentes, teniendo como resultados que la pedagogía afectiva brinda herramientas en la acción ciudadana del docente para entender la complejidad del ser humano y aportar a la educación en y para los derechos humanos.

This research, "Affective Pedagogy: a path towards Human Rights and the Citizen Action of the Teacher" was carried out with some teachers from the Motorist District Educational Center, located in the town of Bosa, taking into account that they are working with the affective pedagogy and that the educational environment is a context to live, learn and experience human rights from the classroom in order to establish the contributions made by the affective pedagogy to the citizen action of the teacher.
This work had a qualitative approach to analyze the realities, for this purpose interviews were conducted with the teachers, having as results that the affective pedagogy provides tools in the citizen action of the teacher to understand the complexity of the human being and contribute to education in and for human rights.
