Enjoy what a city offers to all citizens is very important, access without any physical, social and economic barrier is enshrined as a right for the entire population, regardless of religion, age, gender, ethnicity, and physical and geographical condition (Location). Access from different parts of the city, to health facilities, public spaces and private and public buildings without any physical barrier that affects their condition or increases their health status.

In this thesis two concepts of accessibility and friction are developed and analyzed, accessibility is understood in the dimension of physical order (must be measured in terms of Distance, Infrastructure and Mobility) necessary variables to understand the accessibility to health equipment. The friction is revised from "spatial interactions" is the factor that indicates the movements and exchanges of services in the different modes of transport such as Bus, the public transport system SITP, Transmilenio, taxi, vehicle, bicycle and the citizen on foot .
Finding that distance and time are determining factors for a person who lives in the periphery of the city and must enter the emergency room according to the location or care required in a health center. Being the important and determining factor to analyze in the City of Bogotá.
