Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación busca describir la manera como las diversas enfermedades laborales que un trabajador puede contraer durante su etapa laboral afectan su bienestar y calidad de vida, impactando dentro de su entorno laboral, familiar y personal. Este aspecto se torna muy relevante dentro de las organizaciones ya que son las personas quienes las integran.
Los objetivos del presente trabajo se enfocan en analizar el bienestar laboral y calidad de vida de los empleados de la Registraduría Especial de Santa Marta D.T.C.H. de acuerdo al modelo de Empresa familiarmente responsable (EFR) y proponer a través de él nuevas iniciativas que permitan minimizar el riesgo por futuras enfermedades laborales que puedan ocurrir en la Registraduría especial de Santa Marta D.T.C.H.
Para ello, se hará una descripción de la organización, se desarrollarán los objetivos y finalmente se plantearán conclusiones y posibles recomendaciones de todo lo mencionado.

This research work seeks to describe how the various occupational diseases that a worker can contract during their work stage affect their well-being and quality of life, impacting within their work environment, family and staff. This aspect becomes very relevant within the organizations since they are the people who integrate them.
The objectives of this work are focused on analyzing the labor welfare and quality of life of the employees of the Special Registry of Santa Marta D.T.C.H. according to the model of Family Responsible Company (EFR) and propose through it new initiatives to minimize the risk of future occupational diseases that may occur in the Special Registry of Santa Marta D.T.C.H.
To do this, a description of the organization will be made, the objectives will be developed and finally conclusions and possible recommendations of all the aforementioned will be presented.
