| dc.description.abstract | La falta de atención y prevención de las entidades, ha hecho que un problema de Salud Pública como el Síndrome de Bipolaridad, ponga a Aranzazu, un municipio del centro del Departamento de Caldas, en el segundo lugar con mayor índice de Enfermos mentales por habitante en el mundo; las estrategias contempladas para reducir esos índices hasta ahora, solo implicaban un modelo obsoleto que comprendía tratar la enfermedad mental a través del aislamiento de la comunidad, por lo que se propone un nuevo modelo, en donde el espacio público y arquitectónico sea el articulador entre el tratamiento y la reintegración de esta población marginada a las dinámicas actuales del Municipio. | spa |
