Abstract
En este taller, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de explorar y crear un concepto
arquitectónico a partir de una serie de premisas y criterios. El objetivo era desarrollar una propuesta
que respondiera a las necesidades y expectativas de los usuarios, así como al contexto y al entorno
del proyecto. El proceso implicó la investigación, el análisis, la ideación, la representación y la
comunicación del concepto arquitectónico.
En este caso, el concepto abordado es “La experiencia del paisaje cercano y lejano a partir
de recorrido”, el cual está encargado de permear todas las decisiones de proyecto. Como primer
aspecto se explora desde el paisaje y como este se encuentra en el lugar de intervención, lo mismo
hecho con el recorrido, para luego establecer una base teórica de autoridad que argumente las
decisiones que se tomaran.
Seguido de esto se hace una vista del lugar, a fin de establecer las determinantes principales
a las cuales debe responder el proyecto, además de los espacios principales del sector a fin de definir
puntos de conexión urbana, así generar nodos de integración ciudadana y espacio público.
Como tercer aspecto, con la información reunida del lugar y el componente teórico de
concepto, se materializa la implantación del proyecto, así como la apuesta formal, para enseguida
definir los sistemas del edificio. Sistema espacial de orden, sistema de circulación, sistema técnico y
sistema espacial de usos y actividades.
Por último, las reflexiones de proyecto, las cuales recogen los alcances a través del desarrollo
proyectual, determinado por el componente conceptual y como este es materializado en la
propuesta, además del desarrollo urbano y de uso para llegar a como este impacta en la vida de los
usuarios.
Summary in foreign language
In this workshop, participants had the opportunity to explore and create an architectural
concept based on a series of premises and criteria. The objective was to develop a proposal that
responded to the needs and expectations of the users, as well as the context and environment of
the project. The process involved research, analysis, ideation, representation and communication of
the architectural concept.
In this case, the concept addressed is “The experience of the near and distant landscape
from the route”, which is responsible for permeating all the decisions of the project. As a first aspect,
it is explored from the landscape and how it is located in the place of intervention, the same is done
with the route, to then establish a theoretical base of authority that supports the decisions that will
be made.
Following this, a view of the place is made, in order to establish the main determinants to
which the project must respond, in addition to the main spaces of the sector in order to define urban
connection points, thus generating nodes of citizen integration and public space.
As a third aspect, with the information gathered from the place and the theoretical
component of the concept, the implementation of the project is materialized, as well as the formal
commitment, to continue defining the building systems. Spatial system of order, circulation system,
technical system and spatial system of uses and activities.
Finally, the project reflections, which collect the scope through the project development,
determined by the conceptual component and how this is materialized in the proposal, in addition
to the urban development and use to arrive at how this impact on the lives of the users
