Abstract
En el presente informe da a conocer las actividades, principios y las habilidades aprendidas y aplicadas durante los cinco meses de mis prácticas profesionales, como requisito de la universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano para obtener mi título como Administradora de Empresas.
El cuerpo del presente informe se divide en siete capítulos los cuales se mencionan en la tabla de contenido, Aquí encontrarán tanto información básica de la entidad como dirección, naturaleza de la organización, la misión, visión y entre otros, al igual que una indagación profunda sobre los valores, entorno empresarial y cultura organizacional, además de esto, se analizan los resultados obtenidos durante la práctica empresarial, al tiempo que se realizan recomendaciones que podrían ayudar a mejorar distintos aspectos de la organización basados en el papel de practicante durante este tiempo.

This report presents the activities, principles and skills learned and applied during the five months of the professional practices, as a requirement of the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University to obtain my degree as a Business Administrator.
The body of this report is divided into seven chapters which are mentioned in the table of contents ,here you will find as much as basic information of the entity as address, nature of the organization, mission, vision and among others, as well as a deep inquiry about the values, business environment and organizational culture. In addition to this, the results obtained during the business practice are analyzed, and recommendations are made that could help the improvement of the entity based on the role of practitioner and during this time.
