Aglomerados

 

El término aglomerado procede del verbo aglomerar, que alude a reunir elementos o trozos. La noción se vincula a diferentes cuestiones, siempre partiendo de este significado general relacionado a la acción de aglomerar. Una de las características más evidentes del aglomerado es su precio y característica que lo conforma, ya que se trata del tipo de material sobre el cual se puede aglomerar y su composición es más económico en el mercado. Dado que las planchas de aglomerado están formadas por materiales biodegradables o residuo de materiales compuestos, la consistencia nunca es absolutamente densa, sino que presenta poros e irregularidades. Por esta razón es común que las revistan con láminas de ciertos materiales o que les apliquen algún proceso que alise una o más de sus caras, para volverlas útiles en la fabricación de muebles y objetos de uso cotidiano.

For this reason, it is common to coat them with sheets of certain materials or to apply a process that smoothes one or more of their faces, to make them useful in the manufacture of furniture and everyday objects.
