Abstract
Este documento expone el proyecto Centro de Rehabilitación Deportiva y
Acompañamiento Psicomotriz San Remo: ‘’el recorrido como unión y división de un
todo’’.
Se plantean unas palabras claves (recorrido y fragmentación) que ayudaron a construir el
concepto, se busca por medio de un recorrido secuencial generar en el usuario distintas
sensaciones espaciales, además de que sea la circulación del edificio el eje que organiza y
conecta los distintos espacios pero a su vez la división entre lo nuevo y lo restaurado, la
circulación del edificio busca que el usuario pueda recorrer el edificio de manera fácil y
que pueda ser recordada y la modulación permite el enlace entre las partes del proyecto,
este proyecto busca reciclar dos barras de vivienda que quedaron en obra gris desde el
2017, para aprovechar esta estructura se hace un análisis urbano el cual nos arroja algunos
indicios de que y como plantear un nuevo uso que se adapte al contexto y la estructura
existente, además se busca resolver problemáticas del contexto como desconexión y falta
de actividad en el lote.

This document presents the San Remo Sports Rehabilitation and Psychomotor
Accompaniment Center project: ''the path as a union and division of a whole''.
Some key words (route and fragmentation) that helped to build the concept are raised, it is
sought through a sequential route to generate different spatial sensations in the user, in
addition to being the circulation of the building the axis that organizes and connects the
different spaces but in turn the division between the new and the restored, the circulation
of the building seeks that the user can walk through the building easily and can be
remembered and the modulation allows the link between the parts of the project, this
project seeks to recycle two housing bars that were left in gray work since 2017, to take
advantage of this structure an urban analysis is made which gives us some indications of
what and how to raise a new use that fits the context and the existing structure, also seeks
to solve problems of the context as disconnection and lack of activity in the lot.
