Abstract
La información que se presenta a continuación responde al desarrollo de un centro
cultural y social utilizando como concepto el uso de la circulación para la disolución
del límite y el establecimiento de relaciones visuales desde el interior con el exterior
del edificio.
El proyecto busca desarrollarse teniendo en cuenta las dinámicas ambientales y
sociales del sector que circunda el Meandro del Say en la localidad de Fontibón
Bogotá D.C ,teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento poblacional y el consecuente
crecimiento de la ciudad sobre espacios protegidos , los cuales poseen una función
ecológica a nivel metropolitana , se desarrolla un proyecto que desde su concepción
busca lograr a través del programa , suplir la necesidad creciente del sector por
espacios culturales y sociales que promuevan el desarrollo de la comunidad ; el
proyecto se basa en la premisa de usar la circulación del edificio para buscar la
disolución de los límites entre el edificio y el contexto inmediato , fortaleciendo las
relaciones visuales del edificio con el Meandro del Say , buscando a través de la
recreación pasiva rescatar la importancia que tiene este a nivel ambiental para la
región metropolitana de Bogotá .

The information presented below responds to the development of a cultural and
social center using as a concept the use of circulation for the reduction of the limit
and the establishment of visual relationships from the inside with the outside of the
building.
The project seeks to develop taking into account the environmental and social
dynamics of the sector that surrounds the meander of the say in the town of Fontibón
Bogotá D.C, taking into account the population growth and the consequent growth
of the city on protected spaces, which have a function ecological at the metropolitan
level, a project is developed that from its conception seeks to achieve through the
program, supply the growing need of the sector for cultural and social spaces that
promote the development of the community; The project is based on the premise of
using the circulation of the building to seek the elimination of the limits between the
building and the immediate context, strengthening the visual relations of the building
with the Meander of the Say, seeking through passive recreation to rescue the
importance that this has at an environmental level for the metropolitan region of
Bogotá.
