Abstract
El Centro Recreativo y Cultural de Sahagún, es un proyecto integral para niños, adolescentes y adultos en general, busca la integración social Post Pandemia. Aportando como centro para educar, recrear e integrar a los habitantes de Sahagún como proyecto arquitectónico y de renovación de las áreas verdes ubicadas en los terrenos de la localidad del barrio Miramar, construyendo una infraestructura social, el cual interviene directamente sobre la población afectada por la pandemia. Se proyecta un estudio con el fin de desplegar un espacio inclusivo donde se integre la comunidad, a través del estudio de innovación arquitectónica, tomando en cuenta el desarrollo urbano de espacios para recrearse, socializarse, espacios verdes y parques como espacios públicos, aportando consigo una transformación urbana de una gran obra a la ciudad en la cual además se plantea un sistema recreativo incluyente, ejecutando planificación de espacio público con sistemas de guía y alerta a los visitantes. El área de intervención se encuentra ubicada en el Barrio Miramar frente al anillo vial que colinda con la parroquia Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe y el barrio Portal de Jesús, importante resaltar a pesar que se plantea una integración social el alcance del proyecto se centra en el diseño arquitectónico del Centro Recreativo y Cultural Sahagún. Summary in foreign language
The Recreational and Cultural Center of Sahagun is a comprehensive project for children, adolescents and adults in general, seeks social integration Post Pandemic. To contribute as a center to educate, recreate and integrate the inhabitants of Sahagun as an architectural project and renovation of green areas located on the grounds of Miramar neighborhood for building a social infrastructure which intervenes directly on the population affected by the pandemic. A study is planned in order to deploy an inclusive space where the community is integrated, through the study of architectural innovation, taking into account the urban development of spaces to recreate, socialize, green spaces and parks as public spaces,for bringing with it an urban transformation of a great work to the city in which an inclusive recreational system is also proposed, executing public space planned with guidance and alert systems to visitors. The intervention area is located at Miramar neighborhood in front of the road ring that adjoins to Our Lady of Guadalupe’s Church and the Portal de Jesus neighborhood, it is important to highlight despite the fact that social integration is proposed the scope of the project focuses on the architectural design of the Recreational and Cultural Center of Sahagun.
