Abstract
Este documento contiene el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico; el cual pretende
concebir y adquirir cierta capacidad de gestión de la incertidumbre a través del reciclaje
arquitectónico; oponiéndose a la formulación actual del Plan Parcial de Renovación Urbana
CAR – U. Libre;
Propone reciclar dos edificaciones y reprogramarlas con la intensión de revitalizar el sector,
sin negar las relaciones existentes de los edificios con su contexto y como estos configuran
una imagen legible de la ciudad heterogénea. Donde la arquitectura contingente y la
transgresión funcionan como hilo conductor en las diferentes etapas de concepción y diseño
del proyecto.
A su vez, el proyecto refleja la voluntad de integración e inclusión a través de la generación
de prácticas y espacios que permitan converger y reconocer lo diverso y pugnen contra la
tendencia homogeneizadora.

Summary in foreign language
This document contains the development of an architectural project; which aims to conceive and
acquire a certain capacity to manage uncertainty through architectural recycling; opposing the
current formulation of the CAR - U. Libre Urban Renewal Plan;
It proposes to recycle two buildings and reprogram them with the intention of revitalizing the
sector, without denying the existing relationships of the buildings with their context and how they
configure a legible image of the heterogeneous city. Where contingent architecture and
transgression work as a common thread in the different stages of conception and design of the
project.
In turn, the project reflects the desire for integration and inclusion through the generation of
practices and spaces that allow convergence and recognition of the diverse and fight against the
homogenizing trend.
