Abstract
El presente documento contiene el Documento Técnico de Soporte (DTS) del Plan Parcial “Ciudad Dinámica, Creativa e Incluyente”, partiendo de un análisis crítico del “Plan Parcial de Renovación Urbana Voto Nacional – La Estanzuela” que fue adoptado por el decreto 201 del 11 de abril de 2019 y se encuentra localizado en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá. El documento se estructura en tres partes, así: la justificación técnica y datos generales que componen el PPRU; el diagnóstico del lugar de estudio y, finalmente, el planteamiento urbanístico del Plan Parcial “Ciudad Dinámica, Creativa e Incluyente” incluyendo el esquema de gestión con el reparto de cargas y beneficios.

This document contains the Technical Support Document (DTS) of the Partial Plan "Dynamic, Creative and Inclusive City", based on a critical analysis of the "Partial Plan for Urban Renovation National Vote - La Estanzuela" that was adopted by decree 201 of the April 11, 2019 and is located in the center of the city of Bogotá. The document is structured in three parts, as follows: the technical justification and general data that make up the PPRU; the diagnosis of the place of study and, finally, the urban planning of the Partial Plan "Dynamic, Creative and Inclusive City" including the management scheme with the distribution of charges and benefits.
