Resumen
Con el paso del tiempo, el hombre, como parte fundamental en el ecosistema, ha sido objeto de apreciación a todo título, entiéndase de ello el aspecto social, cultural, natural, económico e incluso judicial, ya que este acomoda su actividad, asentamiento y labores a lo que la naturaleza le brinda, tomando de esta recursos para mejorar su estilo de vida o bien suplir las necesidades que su simple supervivencia le exigen para sí y su familia, por tanto, ha desarrollado métodos, implementos y conocimientos para transformar aquello que de la naturaleza extrae como provecho.
Ejemplo de tal consideración, son algunos de los lineamientos o principios consagrados en la “Declaración de Estocolmo sobre el Medio Ambiente Humano de 1972” (Conferencia Naciones Unidas, 1972, pág. 1. párr. 1 – 6), de los cuales es posible extraer que, el medio ambiente que rodea al hombre le ofrece la posibilidad de obtener un desarrollo a nivel intelectual, ético, social y espiritual, mismo que con el paso del tiempo ha transformado, puesto que la naturaleza, además de ser un derecho, es base para la protección de otros derechos fundamentales como lo es el respeto a la vida misma.

With the passage of time, man, as a fundamental part of the ecosystem, has been the object of appreciation in all respects, understand the social, cultural, natural, economic and even judicial aspect, since it accommodates their activity, settlement and tasks to what nature offers, taking from these resources to improve their lifestyle or meet the needs that their simple survival demands for themselves and their family, therefore, they have developed methods, implements and knowledge to transform what they from nature he draws as profit.
An example of such consideration are some of the guidelines or principles enshrined in the "Stockholm Declaration on the Human Environment of 1972" (United Nations Conference, 1972, p. 1. para. 1 - 6), of which it is possible extract that, the environment that surrounds man offers him the possibility of obtaining a development at an intellectual, ethical, social and spiritual level, which with the passage of time has transformed, since nature, in addition to being a right, is basis for the protection of other fundamental rights such as respect for life itself.
