Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un estudio en la empresa Comerbas SAS, con el fin de identificar las causas de la rotación de personal y generar recomendaciones que ayuden a disminuir este fenómeno que se viene presentando en el paso de los años y actualmente en empresas medianas de la ciudad de Bogotá; puesto que los factores que generan esta problemática, se presentan de manera externa e interna en la organización, debido a diferentes situaciones que aquejan a los trabajadores en el día a día y a las cuales hay que generarles solución, puesto que contribuyen negativamente de manera significativa a las organizaciones.

The objective of this work is to carry out a study in the company Comerbas SAS, in order to identify the causes of staff turnover and generate recommendations that help reduce this phenomenon that has been occurring over the years and currently in companies medians of the city of Bogotá; since the factors that generate this problem are presented externally and internally in the organization, due to different situations that plague workers on a day-to-day basis and to which solutions must be generated, since they contribute significantly negatively to the organizations.
