| dc.description.abstract | La seguridad internacional es un término que ha venido transformándose y adaptándose a la realidad mundial; de ahí que su estudio se haya empezado a abordar en diferentes niveles de análisis, y uno de ellos es la región. Conceptos como el de Complejo de Seguridad Regional (CSR) han considerado las cuestiones fundamentales de seguridad, en función de una región determinada. Este artículo pretende explorar en qué medida Mercosur se constituye en un CSR, después de analizar los antecedentes de su formación y el tipo de relaciones que se establecen entre los países miembros. | spa |
