| dc.description.abstract | El formato digital ha adquirido gran relevancia en nuestros días. No en vano es el presupuesto básico de la sociedad de la información y del comercio electrónico. De ahí que el Derecho mercantil deba ir adaptando sus instituciones a los avances tecnológicos. Los nuevos institutos electrónicos que se van consolidando a lo largo del tiempo favorecen la reconstrucción de la teoría jurídica, lo que justifica la preocupación de los juristas por explicar el rol de estas instituciones y sus efectos. La presente obra afronta el estudio y sistematización de las instituciones electrónicas de Derecho mercantil que afloran en el mercado como respuesta a la necesidad de un nuevo tráfico jurídico en una sociedad tecnocomunicacional. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The digital format has acquired great relevance in our days. Not in vain is it the basic budget of the information society and of electronic commerce. Hence, commercial law must adapt its institutions to technological advances. The new electronic institutes that are being consolidated over time favor the reconstruction of legal theory, which justifies the concern of jurists to explain the role of these institutions and their effects. This work addresses the study and systematization of electronic institutions of commercial law that emerge in the market as a response to the need for new legal traffic in a techno-communicational society. | spa |
