| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo corresponde al desarrollo de un servicio de transporte especializado para el adulto mayor. Se plantea un servicio de transporte para la ciudad de Bogotá que optimiza la movilización digna del adulto mayor en trayectos cortos a través de la creación de empleo moderno e inclusivo a personas con movilidad reducida, basado en la investigación del transporte público bogotano, su caos y las afectaciones que este les genera a personas con capacidades y vulnerabilidades mayores. El transporte de la ciudad de Bogotá es caracterizado por los mismos habitantes como un sistema caótico e ineficiente. El sistema de transporte genera e ínsita la convivencia hostil y agresiva entre los usuarios, creándose forcejeos y otras actitudes violentas en medio de las aglomeraciones masivas, agresiones que no distinguen edades o géneros, y en las que actualmente, de manera incorrecta tampoco distinguen condiciones físicas. Los adultos mayores son un grupo con claras distinciones en sus capacidades físicas. La movilización peatonal de estos usuarios ronda la mitad de la velocidad promedio, la fuerza se ve reducida por la disminución de la masa corporal en dicha edad, las articulaciones se ven afectadas en sus grados de flexión, disminuyéndose los rangos de alcances y confort, además de una regeneración más lenta ante golpes y esfuerzos, condiciones que los convierten en una población con vulnerabilidades mayores que le dificulta la integración a un sistema de transporte público. En la construcción de una ciudad es necesario incluir a las personas con mayor vulnerabilidad al complejo sistema de una sociedad. Especializar un transporte que beneficie y cubra las necesidades de los adultos mayores y personas con movilidad reducida, es sin dudad alguna un objetivo con importancia social para la ciudad de Bogotá, prospectando los índices de edad y teniendo presentes las estadísticas actuales en las que estas poblaciones tienen y tendrán una gran relevancia y presencia numérica en la demografía capitalina. | spa |

A transport service is proposed for the city of Bogotá that optimizes the dignified mobilization of the elderly in short journeys through the creation of modern and inclusive employment for people with reduced mobility, based on the investigation of Bogota's public transport, its chaos and the affectations that this generates to people with greater capacities and vulnerabilities. The transportation of the city of Bogotá is characterized by the inhabitants themselves as a chaotic and inefficient system. The transport system generates and encourages hostile and aggressive coexistence among users, creating struggles and other violent attitudes in the midst of massive crowds, aggressions that do not distinguish ages or genders, and in which, currently, they do not incorrectly distinguish physical conditions. . Older adults are a group with clear distinctions in their physical abilities. The pedestrian mobilization of these users is around half the average speed, the strength is reduced by the decrease in body mass at that age, the joints are affected in their degrees of flexion, decreasing the ranges of ranges and comfort, in addition of a slower regeneration in the face of shocks and efforts, conditions that make them a population with greater vulnerabilities that make it difficult for them to integrate into a public transport system. In the construction of a city it is necessary to include the people with the greatest vulnerability to the complex system of a society.
