| dc.description.abstract | La anticipación no tiene mayor sentido si no es que sirve para esclarecer la acción. Esa es la razón por la cual la prospectiva y la estrategia son generalmente indisociables. De ahí viene la expresión de prospectiva estratégica, conociendo todas sus limitaciones, al igual que sus virtudes. Entre intuición y razón no debería existir oposición sino, por el contrario, complementariedad. Para que sea una “indisciplina” intelectual fecunda y creíble, la Prospectiva necesita rigor. La prospectiva, sea cual sea, constituye una anticipación (preactiva y proactiva) para iluminar las acciones presentes con la luz de los futuros posibles y deseables. Prepararse ante los cambios previstos no impide reaccionar para provocar los cambios deseados. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Anticipation has little meaning unless it serves to clarify action. This is why foresight and strategy are generally inseparable. Hence the expression "strategic foresight," recognizing all its limitations as well as its virtues. Between intuition and reason, there should be no opposition but, on the contrary, complementarity. For foresight to be a fruitful and credible intellectual "indiscipline," it requires rigor. Foresight, whatever it may be, constitutes a (preactive and proactive) anticipation to illuminate present actions with the light of possible and desirable futures. Preparing for anticipated changes does not prevent us from reacting to bring about the desired changes. | |
