| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo examina las decisiones adoptadas por la Corte Constitucional frente al proceso de paz de La Habana y su implementación. Las sentencias examinadas van desde la que analizó la reforma constitucional conocida como Marco Jurídico para la Paz, en 2012, hasta la última que revisó una norma adoptada en virtud del procedimiento legislativo especial para la paz, proferida en octubre de 2018. La primera parte del trabajo repasa el surgimiento de la Constitución de 1991 y otras reformas que sirvieron de antecedente al proceso de paz, para pasar después al estudio de las sentencias. El propósito de dicho análisis es ofrecer una visión global de lo que ocurrió en la Corte con el tema de la paz y de las modi!caciones introducidas a las normas revisadas, así como el rol de la Corte en el proceso de paz. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work analyzes the decisions issued by the Constitutional Court about the Havana Peace Process with the FARC and its implementation. The decisions studied begin with the constitutional reform known as The Legal Framework for Peace, in 2012, up until the !nal ruling, which revised a norm adopted in favor of the special proceeding for peace, in October 2018. The study begins with the emergence of the 1991 Constitution and other reforms, which served as a background for the peace process. Later on, the analysis of the judgements is developed. The objective of such analysis is having a global vision of what happened in the Court about the peace issue and the modi!cations introduced to the revised rules, as well as the roll of the Court in the peace process. | spa |
