En cuanto hace parte del entorno vital del hombre, indispensable para su supervivencia y la de las generaciones futuras, el medio ambiente se encuentra al amparo de lo que la jurisprudencia ha denominado "Constitución ecológica", conformada por el conjunto de disposiciones superiores que fijan los presupuestos a partir de los cuales deben regularse las relaciones de la comunidad con la naturaleza y que, en gran medida, propugnan por su conservación y protección. | spa |
