Abstract
Con el objetivo de producir un centro de actividad deportiva, recreativa y cultural, para promover la integración de la comunidad, el concepto es la superficie continua como estrategia para construir terrazas urbanas, integradas mediante un recorrido continuo – escalonado, que se adapta a la topografía del lugar en el parque-equipamiento, multideportivo del barrio el virrey. Los distintos espacios que se distribuyen estratégicamente en consecuencia a la topografía, disponen sus cubiertas, en su mayoría, de manera transitable para generar estancias con variadas características a lo largo del recorrido, lo cual permiten una conexión visual permanente con el paisaje, generando la idea de terraza urbana.

With the aim of producing sports, recreational and cultural activity center, to promote the integration of the community, the concept is the continuous surface as a strategy to build urban terraces, integrated through a continuous - staggered route, which adapts to the topography of the place in the park-equipment, multisport of the viceroy neighborhood. The different spaces that are strategically distributed according to the topography, have their roofs, for the most part, in a passable way to generate rooms with varied characteristics along the route, which allow a permanent visual connection with the landscape, generating the idea of urban terrace.
